CHUP socks are made in Japan in low quantities using traditional techniques. Each pair is knitted from a luxuriously soft, combed cotton yarn on a single stocking frame machine. These are old-school, low-yield machines that are only capable of making 20-25 pairs of CHUP socks a day. Once knitted, each sock is then hand-linked at the toe for a seamless finish. As far as methods go it's very much the long way around - but the result is a sock of quality, comfort, and real beauty.
