Studio D'artisan’s loopwheeled "Turi-Ami'' sweater is woven in the Kanekichi workshops of Wakayama, Japan. It’s one of only two workshops in the world with a circular loopwheel machine. The sweater’s heavyweight fabric is the end result of a painstakingly slow, low-yield weaving process, one that uses no other tension than gravity itself. Made this way, each and every sweater boasts an exceptional fit and an unbeatable softness, neither of which will diminish even after years of wear.
