As soon as we receive an order online, we start to process it for delivery.
We aim to dispatch on the same day that you place your order, provided that we can confirm your order before 12pm (GMT).
We will send you an email to let you know when we have shipped your order. This email will also contain information for tracking your delivery.
If you have requested hemming or if we are discussing sizing clarification, we won’t always be able to dispatch your order on the same day. We’ll keep you informed via email about the status of your custom request.
We primarily dispatch via DHL, but may use Royal Mail at our discretion.
Most orders shipped to UK addresses will arrive on the next working day after dispatch.
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.
Secure courier shipping costs £8 on orders under £50.
EU and European Delivery
Orders to mainland Europe arrive in 1-5 days on average, depending on your location.
Delivery is FREE to mainland Europe for orders over £150.
Shipping costs £25 for orders under £150 to reflect the real cost of shipping into the EU from the UK under the new regulations stated below.
As of 01 January 2021 we will ship all orders to the EU that are paid in Euros through our DHL shipping agent ‘taxes and duties paid’. This means that the price you see at checkout will be the total price you pay. Simple as that. All goods shipped to the EU will also be sent via DHL. We will review this policy in the weeks and months ahead as our new trading relationship with the EU settles down.
Delivery outside of Europe takes 1-5 days to arrive, depending on your location.
We offer FREE delivery worldwide on orders over £150.
Shipping costs £20 to countries outside of Europe for orders under £150.
We offer next-day delivery to New York City. Delivery to the rest of the USA, Canada, Mexico, and SE Asia will usually arrive within 2 working days. Our standard delivery time to addresses in Australia and New Zealand is 4 days; whilst delivery to the Middle East may take up to 5 days.
Orders to the USA up to $800 are free of US import tax, as standard.

We ship orders via DHL courier service as standard. The average delivery time is 1-5 days, depending on your location.

If you need your item as soon as possible, we also offer an Express Delivery option. Receive your order on the next working day by selecting ‘Express Delivery’ at the checkout. (Our hemming services may delay dispatch, even on express orders.)
(Please note that Express Delivery is only available for countries within the European Union. All destinations beyond Europe use Express Shipping by default.)
Are there exclusions and conditions for free delivery?
We offer free delivery in the UK for orders worth £50 or more.
For orders shipped to Europe, the USA, and the rest of the world, your order value must be £150 or more to be eligible for free delivery.
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
You will receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If you are unable to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with details to arrange an alternate delivery date or location.
Using DHL’s online tracking service, you can provide detailed delivery instructions. You may be able to change your delivery date, or ask the courier to deliver to a safe place, or a collection point.

Carbon Neutral Delivery FAQs
Do you offer carbon neutral shipping?
We offer carbon neutral delivery as standard on all UK orders. This service is free for orders over £50. We aim to dispatch your garments via DHL carbon neutral delivery on the same working day as your order. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your package via email.
What does carbon neutral delivery mean?
Carbon neutral deliveries enable us to compensate for the greenhouse gas emissions of our logistics and deliveries. Whilst we seek to minimise our emissions at every stage of our service, the delivery process inevitably requires some transport. Therefore, we offset our unavoidable emissions by supporting projects that help to mitigate climate change, through DHL’s Go Green initiative.
The definition of a carbon neutral shipping method is one which produces a net zero amount of carbon dioxide. When you opt for a carbon neutral delivery, DHL will calculate the greenhouse gases emitted during your delivery process. An equivalent amount of carbon emissions will then be removed from the environment through the climate projects that we fund.

Our carbon neutral delivery service does not usually take longer than you would expect of any other delivery service. Delivery times vary based on your destination. Our courier partners account for any carbon emissions without causing delays.
