The Root of All Evil Blanket from Indigofera and Björn Atldax. A masterfully woven indictment of the turnip's malevolence.
FABRIC: 100% Norwegian wool
SIZE: 205cm x 150cm
COLOUR: Orange, black, white
ORIGIN: Made in Norway
Made in collaboration with artist, Björn Atldax, Indigofera’s The Root of All Evil blanket is a psychedelic character assassination of the humble turnip. Here, the root vegetable is depicted as the most ancient and powerful embodiment of evil - a true harbinger of havoc and misery. We’re guessing Björn just doesn’t like turnips.
All of Indigofera’s blankets are crafted in central Norway by a family-owned factory using premium, 100% wool. The factory has been weaving quality wool products for 80 years. They have a hand in every element of the making process, from the spinning and dyeing of the yarn to the weaving of the blankets themselves. Even the wool comes from sheep native to the area. Indigofera’s blankets are built to be lived and travelled in – take them on your wildest adventures or keep them for those quiet nights on the couch. The choice is yours.
