As soon as we receive an order online, we start to process it for delivery.
We aim to dispatch on the same day that you place your order, provided that we can confirm your order before 12pm (GMT).
We will send you an email to let you know when we have shipped your order. This email will also contain information for tracking your delivery (unless otherwise specified)
If you have requested hemming or if we are discussing sizing clarification, we may not be able to dispatch your order on the same day. We’ll keep you informed via email about the status of your custom request.
We primarily ship via DHL courier service. Please note that we may use Royal Mail International Signed For delivery at our discretion.
Standard Delivery Times & Prices
EU and European Delivery
Orders to mainland Europe arrive in 2-5 days on average.
Delivery is FREE to mainland Europe for orders over €200.
Shipping costs €30 for orders under €200 to reflect the real cost of shipping into the EU from the UK under the new regulations stated below.
We ship all goods to the EU duties and taxes paid to ensure that our EU customers never incur any extra costs upon receipt of their items.
As these taxes cannot be recovered by Rivet & Hide, it’s an unfortunate truth that refunds are very costly for us. To minimise returns, we work closely with our customers once they’ve placed an order to clarify sizing and ensure a perfect fit the first time around.
For orders BELOW 200 Euro we are able to refund in full should any issues arise. For orders ABOVE 200 Euro a refund will be issued with a small portion of the taxes withheld, to the value of 20% of the items purchase price. Rest assured that we will ALWAYS make this absolutely clear BEFORE shipping to allow EU customers to decide if they wish to continue with their order.
To avoid any issues with UK customs, we require all returns to be carried out via our DHL returns service. We will ship any exchanged items free of charge.

Most orders shipped to UK addresses will arrive on the next working day.
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over €65.
Secure courier shipping costs €10 on orders under €65.
Delivery outside of the EU takes between 1-5 days to arrive.
We offer free delivery worldwide on orders over €200.
Shipping costs €25 to countries outside of Europe for orders under €200.
We offer next-day delivery to New York City. Delivery to the rest of the USA, Canada, Mexico, and SE Asia will usually arrive within 2 working days. Our standard delivery time to addresses in Australia and New Zealand is 4 days; whilst delivery to the Middle East may take up to 5 days.
Orders to the USA up to $800 are free of US import tax.

Can I track my order?
We will provide you with tracking information via email, when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship packages on the day of the order?
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day, provided we receive your order and payment before 12pm (GMT).
For custom orders, personalised fitting or tailoring requests, it will likely take a little longer to dispatch your purchase.
What is your standard shipping method? Do you offer faster options?
We ship orders via DHL courier Economy Select service as standard. The average delivery time is between 1-5 days, depending on your location.
If you need your item as soon as possible, we also offer an Express Delivery option for orders to the UK and Europe. Receive your order on the next working day by selecting ‘Express Delivery’ at the checkout. Please note that our hemming services may delay dispatch, even on express orders.
We offer Express Delivery as standard for the USA, Canada, and any countries outside of Europe.
Are there exclusions and conditions for free delivery?
We offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK for orders worth €65 or more.
For delivery to Europe, the USA, and the rest of the world, your order value must be €200 or more to be eligible for free delivery.
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
You will receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If you are unable to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with details to arrange an alternate delivery date or location.
Using DHL’s online tracking service, you can provide detailed delivery instructions. You may be able to change your delivery date, or ask the courier to deliver to a safe place, or a collection point
