Pure Blue Japan’s 6111 Type II jacket is cut from a newly-developed “Double Slub” selvedge denim. Using hand-selected cotton yarns and expert loom calibration, this 16oz weave is one of Pure Blue Japan’s most heavily textured fabrics to date. It’s a sturdy twill with a rich hand and impressive optics—boasting a level of character that can be seen from a distance and just gets better up close.
Pure Blue Japan’s Type II style takes its cues from the ‘50s-era Levi’s classic, but incorporates an ever-so-slightly longer body, a slimmer fit, and a set of handwarmer pockets.
