Christmas Returns

Purchasing a gift? We have extended our returns window for any goods ordered in December until 16th January 2022 to allow you to exchange or return an item for refund. As always please notify us of any returns and if outside of the UK please use our DHL returns service to avoid any customs penalties.

As soon as we receive an order online, we start to process it for delivery.

We aim to dispatch on the same day that you place your order, provided that we can confirm your order before 12pm (GMT).

We will send you an email to let you know when we have shipped your order. This email will also contain information for tracking your delivery (unless otherwise specified).

If you have requested hemming or if we are discussing sizing clarification, we might not be able to dispatch your order on the same day. We’ll keep you informed via email about the status of your custom request.

We primarily dispatch via DHL, but may use Royal Mail at our discretion. 

 

Standard Delivery Times & Prices

USA, Canada & Worldwide delivery* (excluding UK & EU)

Orders shipped to New York addresses will usually arrive on the next working day. Deliveries to the rest of the USA, Canada, Mexico, and SE Asia can arrive after 2 working days depending on location.

Our standard delivery time to addresses in Australia and New Zealand is from 4 days; whilst delivery to the Middle East is usually from 5 days.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders worth $200 and above. Standard shipping costs $25 for orders under $200. 

Orders up to $800 are free of US import tax.

Online Delivery FAQs

Can I track my order?

We will provide you with tracking information via email, when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship packages on the day of the order? 

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day, provided we receive your order and payment before 12pm (GMT). 

For custom orders, personalised fitting or tailoring requests, it will likely take a little longer to dispatch your purchase.

What is your standard shipping method? Do you offer faster options? 

We ship orders via DHL courier service Express Delivery as standard. The average delivery time is between 1-5 days, depending on your location. You can usually expect to receive your purchase within 2 working days, to addresses in the USA, Canada and the Far East.

If you need your item as soon as possible, we also offer an Express Delivery option for orders to European countries (outside of the EU). Receive your order on the next working day by selecting ‘Express Delivery’ at the checkout. This fast delivery service costs $25. Please note that our hemming services may delay dispatch, even on express orders.

We primarily dispatch via DHL, but may use Royal Mail at our discretion for smaller baskets or remote locations.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

At the checkout, you can specify whether we should post your order to your billing address or to a separate shipping address.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

You will receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery. 

If you are unable to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with details to arrange an alternate delivery date or location.

Using DHL’s online tracking service, you can provide detailed delivery instructions. You may be able to change your delivery date, or ask the courier to deliver to a safe place, or a collection point.
