We are delighted to be opening our London and Manchester stores again from Monday 12 April, 2021. Below are the measures we have put in place to ensure the safety of our customers and employees alike.
Social distancing
We ask that the current social distancing guidelines of two metres are respected for both our staff and other customers wherever possible.
Facemasks and coverings
In line with the latest advice and medical guidance our staff will be wearing face masks and we would ask that our customers do likewise. We will have some masks available for customer use.
Hand-sanitisers
Will be in place at the stores primarily by the entrances and at the payment desk. We understand that the beauty of many of our products lies in the texture and touch and would therefore request that the sanitiser is used on arrival in order that we are all able to best appreciate safely.
Payment methods
-Card & Apple Pay only. No cash.
Rigorous cleaning
Will take place throughout the day in the stores. There will be an emphasis on door handles and card payment machines.
